Children Under 18

If you suspect that a child under the age of 18 has been sexually abused, assaulted, molested, by a relative, acquaintance, stranger, day care provider, etc. you must call the Solano County Child Welfare Services, formerly known as Child Protective Services (CPS), at 1-800-544-8696 and make a report.  Be prepared to provide sufficient information about the nature of your allegation, including a description of the suspect(s) and of the victim(s).
